Continuing on with our celebration of the 15th anniversary of Coastal Youth Ballet Theatre’s NUTCRACKER, we’re counting down 23 days leading up to our December 4 and 5 performances.
Our next giveaway? 15 tickets to the CYBT NUTCRACKER Ballet! We’re giving away a pair of tickets to the Saturday, December 5, 2020, 6 PM performance to 15 lucky winners.

Contest Rules

“Emoji Story” Giveaway Nutcracker Sweepstakes begins on Monday, November 9, 2020 and ends at 11:59 PM (EST) on Saturday, November 14, 2020.

  1.  CYBT Board of Directors and CDC/CYBT staff members are not eligible to enter the Nutcracker Sweepstakes or win a prize.
  2. Submission: Entries may be submitted to the Nutcracker Sweepstakes through an online social media submission by sharing a comment to Facebook or Instagram, liking / following the Facebook (@Coastal Youth Ballet Theatre) and Instagram (@cdccybt) pages of Coastal Youth Ballet Theatre and including the hashtag #CYBTNutcracker15years. Entries must be submitted before 11:59 PM (EST) on Saturday, November 14, 2020 to be eligible.
  3. Limit: 1 entry per person. All entries received during the Nutcracker Sweepstakes period will have an equal chance of winning.
  4. Submission of an entry constitutes agreement to be bound by the terms of these official rules and the decisions of CYBT, whose decisions are final and binding in all matters relating to the Nutcracker Sweepstakes. Entrants must meet eligibility criteria, accurately complete and successfully submit an entry in order to be eligible for prize drawing. All requirements must be completed in full to be considered. Any attempted form of entry other than as described herein is void. CYBT will not assume responsibility for Facebook or Instagram entries without the tagging of CYBT or the #CYBTNutcracker15years.
  5. Prize. Fifteen (15) sets of two General Admission level tickets to the final performance of The Nutcracker on Saturday, December 5, 2020 at 6 PM.
  6. Selection of Winners. On November 15, 2020, the CYBT admin team, shall conduct a random drawing from among all eligible entries received during the Nutcracker Sweepstakes period to select fifteen (15) sets of potential winners of the Nutcracker Sweepstakes. Subject to acceptance of the prize, verification of eligibility, and compliance with these official rules, the potential winners will be declared the official Winners of the Sweepstakes. CYBT reserves the right to modify prize award procedures.
  7. Winner Notification. CYBT shall make at least one (1) attempt to directly contact the potential winners via their personal Facebook or Instagram page used for the entry/entries. CYBT will inform the potential winners that they have been awarded the prize in connection with the Nutcracker Sweepstakes, along with instructions for claiming the prize, provided that the potential winners are able to receive messages. The potential winners must reply to the direct message within two (2) business days to either accept or decline the prize. If CYBT or its designated representative is unable to contact the potential winners or does not receive a response from the potential winners within two (2) business days, the prize will be forfeited and, at CYBT’s sole discretion, may be awarded to alternate potential winners randomly drawn from among the remaining eligible entries.
  8. Additional Prize Restrictions. Terms and conditions of prize will be furnished with prize notification. Each winner and guest must comply with all venue rules and regulations. Failure to do so may result in forfeiture of the prize and/or ejection from the venue.
  9. It is expressly understood that CYBT is under no obligation to any winner or potential winner other than as expressly set forth herein. CYBT cannot accurately predict the number of entrants who will participate in the Nutcracker Sweepstakes and CYBT reserves the right to not choose winners if CYBT does not receive a sufficient number of eligible entries.
  10. The Winners’ names will be available through CYBT’s social media channels once the final eligible winners have been determined.
